Pistyll Rhaeadr Wedding - Jessica and Alistair

I guess it’s about time I blog this Wedding from Pistyll Rhaeadr. I’ve been meaning to blog this one for a while now but somewhere along the lines, the weeks turned into months and well, here we are! (They say time flies when you’re having fun!)

Pistyll Rhaeadr is a Waterfall located near the village of Llanrhaeadr-ym-Mochnant in Powys - (Just don’t ask me how to pronounce that). I can, however, tell you it’s 12 miles West of Oswestry (and that is something I can pronounce). It’s actually Wales’ highest waterfall at 73m and it has absolutely stunning views all round.

Ever since I did Gemma and Dan’s engagement session there (you can see that post here) I’ve been killing to get back…

So when Jessica and Alistair reached out to me and inquired about their Wedding It’s safe to say I was insanely excited when they told me where it was and thrilled to bits when they booked!

Then the count down began…

What can I say? If you’re looking for something a little different. Scratch that, it’s a lot different, If you’ve ever fancied the idea of getting married outdoors right next to a Waterfall then Pistyll Rhaeadr is the place for you.

It holds a very very small amount of weddings each year which makes it a very unique wedding venue indeed.

So, if you like the outdoors and are looking for something a little different, then give it a visit.

Because you could end up with photos like these…
